DIPLOMA IN REFLEXOLOGY

 

The course follows the new Level 3, 4 module syllabus which is the framework that is accepted by the professional bodies and is recognised Internationally.

Units 381, 383, 384, & 385 are compulsory but prior learning can be taken into consideration. There is a further unit (386) which can be undertaken but is not mandatory.

 

UNIT 381  IS CASE STUDY/PRACTICAL.

Practical lessons are held roughly fortnightly throughout the course and you will be expected to complete home treatments to complete case studies. Students must be prepared to practise on each other during lessons.

 

40 treatments documented as 10 case studies of 4 treatments each. ( 10 people with at least 4 treatments. These would include REFLECTIVE PRACTICE & CPD.

60 further treatments WHICH CAN BE INDIVIDUAL OR MULTIPLE

There is a practical & oral examination at the end of the course.


THE NEXT CONFIRMED EXAM DATE WILL BE SAT 21st mARCH 2020


The practical lessons FROM aPRIL 2020 will be  held on a Sun OR Mon  morning.


You must attend a minimum of 50 face to face hours.

  

Courses start in April and October and classes are approximately fortnightly during term time, either on Sunday or Monday from 9.30am to 1pm at West End, Woking.

Each semester has ten, 3.5 hour classes. The dates for the Spring Semester are:

Sunday course:

  • April 26; May 3, 17; June 7, 21; July 5, 19; August 9; September 6, 20
  • The following semester starts October 4th and 18th

Monday course:

  • April 27; May 4, 18; June 8, 22; July 6, 20; August 10; September 7, 21;
  • The following semester starts October 5th and 19th

The course can be completed in a year however many students take 18 months. Exams are offered in March and September.

Nature Care offers flexibility with the course length but students are expected to complete within two years.

 

 


 

 

 

 YOU ONLY COME TO EITHER A SUN OR MON NOT both

 

Sometimes there are events on at the hall so if there is not a lesson or you cannot get to your usual one then come to one of the other days as they are interchangeable. However you do not need to get to all the lessons. YOU NEED TO COMPLETE A MINIMUM OF 5OHOURS.

 

 


 

The Anatomy & Physiology module (Unit 383) can ONLY be completed as a home study, but there is an option for an extra £100 to have access to online lessons.  There is a multiple choice exam paper at the end of the course and also an assignment.

-         a recliner chair or a couch & cover (around £50 – 100)

-         a towel bathsize

-         cream or talc etc

-        A college polo shirt for lessons & exam £10
